Delivery & Shipping Policy

Excelwala sells digital data products only. There is no physical shipping involved in any order. This policy explains how and when you will receive your product.

1. Mode of Delivery

All products purchased from Excelwala are delivered exclusively by email, as an attachment or a download link sent to the email address you provide at checkout. We do not deliver products by courier, post, WhatsApp, or any other method unless explicitly stated on a specific product page.

There is no physical product, packaging, or courier shipment involved in any Excelwala order. References to "delivery" throughout our policies refer solely to email delivery of the digital file.

2. Providing a Correct Email Address

You are responsible for entering a valid, correctly spelled, and actively monitored email address at the time of checkout. Excelwala is not responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected delivery caused by:

  • An incorrect or mistyped email address provided at checkout
  • The delivery email being filtered into a spam, junk, promotions, or other folder by your email provider
  • An inbox that is full, inactive, or otherwise unable to receive the email

Please double-check your email address before completing payment. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately with your order number so we can correct it.

3. Delivery Timeline

Digital files are typically sent within 24 hours of successful payment, and in most cases much sooner. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to order volume, technical issues, or public holidays.

4. If You Don't Receive Your Email

If you have not received your product email within 24 hours of purchase:

  • First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder
  • Then, contact us directly with your order number and the email address used at checkout

Once you reach out, we will verify your order and resend the file to your email address. We are always happy to resend a delivery — simply let us know and we'll make sure it reaches you.

5. No Physical Returns

Because all products are delivered digitally by email, there is no physical item to return, exchange, or ship back. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the limited circumstances in which a refund may apply.
