Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from Excelwala. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

Excelwala ("we", "us", "our") is a digital data products platform operated by Shining DOOH LLP. We compile business contact information from Google Maps, Google Business listings, and other publicly accessible sources, and organise it into clean, structured, ready-to-use Excel/CSV files, sorted by industry, city, or category as described on each product page.

We call this "qualified data" — meaning we have collected it, removed obvious duplicates and broken entries, and structured it into a usable, organised format. This is different from "verified data": we do not personally call, visit, or confirm each listed business, and we do not guarantee that any individual phone number, address, or business detail is currently accurate, active, or unchanged since the date of collection.

2. Nature of the Product and What You Are Buying

When you purchase a product from Excelwala, you are buying a compiled, organised data file. You are not buying a guarantee of accuracy for any individual entry, an introduction service, a brokered deal, or any assurance about the businesses listed within it.

Excelwala is a data publisher only. We are not a marketplace, agent, broker, or intermediary for any transaction between you and any business, vendor, manufacturer, wholesaler, or individual whose contact details appear in our data (each, a "Listed Party"). We have no partnership, agency relationship, or business affiliation with any Listed Party unless explicitly stated in writing.

3. No Verification, No Endorsement

Listed Party details are gathered from public sources at the time of collection. Business information can change after collection and before your purchase — phone numbers may be reassigned or disconnected, and businesses may close, relocate, or change ownership. Inclusion of any Listed Party in our data is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of their legitimacy, quality, financial standing, or business conduct.

4. Excelwala Is Not Responsible for Your Dealings With a Listed Party

This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.

Any communication, negotiation, order, advance payment, deposit, or transaction you enter into with a Listed Party is strictly and solely between you and that Listed Party. Excelwala is not a party to that transaction in any way, and has no role, control, or involvement in it once the data has been delivered to you.

Excelwala is not responsible or liable for, and you agree to make no claim against Excelwala in relation to:

  • Non-delivery, delayed delivery, or defective delivery of any goods or services by a Listed Party
  • Any advance, deposit, or payment you make directly to a Listed Party
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, dishonesty, or poor conduct of any kind by a Listed Party
  • Any dispute, financial loss, or damage arising from your dealings with a Listed Party
  • The accuracy of any claims a Listed Party makes about their own business, products, pricing, or services

We strongly recommend that before making any payment or advance to a Listed Party, you independently verify their identity and business registration (such as GST or Udyam, where applicable), check reviews and reputation, and use safe payment practices — such as paying on delivery or in verifiable stages rather than large upfront advances to an unfamiliar party.

5. Permitted Use of the Data

Data purchased from Excelwala is licensed to you for your own business outreach and internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the list, in whole or in part, as your own product or dataset.

You are solely responsible for your own compliance with applicable laws when using the contact data to reach out to any Listed Party, including but not limited to India's telecom regulations on unsolicited commercial communication (TRAI/DND regulations) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on excelwala.co.in are in Indian Rupees and are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner; Excelwala does not store your card or banking details.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Excelwala's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific product. Excelwala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profit, or losses arising from your dealings with any Listed Party.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website and any future purchase after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Excelwala.
